Terms of Service — PassReadyPro

Welcome to PassReadyPro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PassReadyPro website and services (the "Service"), operated by 588 Strategy Group ("PassReadyPro," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a course. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Courses and Payment

Courses are sold as one-time purchases granting 90 days of access to that specific course's content from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated at checkout. After your access period ends, you can renew the same course at 50% off the current price for another 90 days. Your lesson progress and exam history are preserved when access expires and are restored if you renew.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and charged at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number.
Refunds. You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course's lessons or started a timed practice exam. Refund requests outside this window, or after exceeding this usage threshold, are granted at our discretion — except as provided by the Pass Guarantee below. 4. Pass Guarantee — "Pass or It's Free"

You qualify for a Pass Guarantee refund if all of the following are true:

You completed 100% of your course's lessons, as tracked in your account;
You scored at least 90% on PassReadyPro's comprehensive practice exam for that course;
You then failed the official state licensing exam for that same license line and state twice, with both attempts occurring within a 10-day period and within 60 days of your course purchase.

If you meet all three conditions, we'll refund the cost of your course, minus a $25.00 maintenance fee.

To redeem the guarantee, email your official score reports from the exam administrator (e.g., PSI or Pearson VUE) for both failed attempts to billing@passreadypro.com within 7 days of your second failed attempt. We may request additional documentation to verify eligibility, and reserve the right to deny claims based on incomplete, altered, or fraudulent documentation.

The Pass Guarantee is limited to one redemption per course purchase, applies only to attempts at the same license line and state as your purchased course, and does not carry over if you purchase another course. Once a Pass Guarantee refund is issued, your access to that course is revoked. This guarantee is a specific, limited exception to Section 6 below — outside of the conditions described here, we do not guarantee exam results.

5. License to Use Content

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use purchased course content for your own personal, non-commercial exam preparation. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly share, or use our content to train any other product or service, including AI models.

6. No Guarantee of Exam Results

Outside of the specific, conditional Pass Guarantee described in Section 4, PassReadyPro is a study aid, not a guarantee. Passing your state licensing exam depends on many factors outside our control, including your own preparation and performance, and we do not otherwise guarantee that using the Service will result in passing any exam or obtaining any license.

7. Accuracy of Content

Course content, including lessons, study guides, and practice questions, is created with the help of AI tools and is intended as a study aid — it is not official exam content and is not legal advice. Laws, regulations, exam formats, and passing requirements change over time and vary by state. You are responsible for verifying any fact you plan to rely on with your state's Department of Insurance or official exam administrator before your exam.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials with anyone else;
Scrape, copy, or reproduce course content beyond personal use;
Attempt to circumvent payment for any course;
Submit false, altered, or fraudulent documentation to redeem the Pass Guarantee;
Upload harmful code or interfere with the Service's operation; or
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PassReadyPro and 588 Strategy Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any failure to pass an exam or obtain a license (except as provided by the Pass Guarantee in Section 4), arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated Terms here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.
