Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how PassReadyPro ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by 588 Strategy Group, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and services (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
- Account information — name (optional), email address, and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
- Payment information — when you purchase a course, payment is processed directly by Stripe. We receive limited transaction details (amount, status, and a Stripe-issued customer/session ID) — we do not receive or store your full card number.
- Course activity — your enrollment, lesson progress, practice exam attempts and scores, and questions you've missed, so we can track your progress and tailor review recommendations.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and maintain your account and course access, process payments, track your study progress and generate practice recommendations, and communicate with you about your account or purchases.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Cookies
We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in (your session). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not currently use any analytics or marketing tracking tools.
4. Service Providers
We share information only with the third parties necessary to operate the Service:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Neon — database hosting.
Each of these providers has its own privacy practices and only receives the information necessary to perform its function.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account, progress, and exam history for as long as your account is active — this data is kept even after a course's 90-day access period ends, so nothing is lost if you renew later. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see below); we may retain limited records, such as payment records, as required by law.
6. Your Rights
You can request to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us at the email below. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
8. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your information, including password hashing and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the updated policy here with a new "Last updated" date.
